Annual Membership Meeting

• Held in January each year
• Budget presented for approval
• Election of new Board Members
• Business of the HOA
• Annual Board meeting immediately follows and Officers are elected.

Board of Directors Meetings

• Held bi-monthly, location varies
• Members are welcome to attend and propose issues of concern. To be added to the agenda, notify the President or Secretary of your discussion topic
